Ca2+、Mg2+及盐度对凡纳滨对虾体内代谢酶的影响
Effect of Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity on metabolic enzymes of Li-topenaeus vannamei
摘要
Abstract
The L49(78) orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the three factors Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity in water, and seven levels of each factor were based. The L49(78) orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the three factors Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity in water, and two levels of each factor were based. In order to analyze the effect of Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity in water on the growth performance and immunity of L. vannamei, the digestive enzymes, ATP enzyme and immune enzymes were compared during the 60 d culture cycle. Results showed that Ca2+, and salinity had significant effect on digestive enzymes(P<0.05), the salinity had significant effect on pepsin, and the Ca2+and salinity had significant effect on tgryptase. Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity had significant effect on ATP enzymes(P<0.05), and Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity had significant effect on Na+-K+-ATPase, with maximum activ-ity at Ca2+ 300 mg/L, Mg2+ 500 mg/L and salinity 30. Ca2+ and Mg2+ had significant effect on Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+ had significant effect on Ca2+-ATPase. Ca2+, Mg2+ and salinity had significant effect on immune en-zymes(P<0.05), and Ca2+, Mg2+and salinity had significant effect on ACP, with maximum activity at Ca2+100 mg/L, Mg2+150 mg/L and salinity 30. Mg2+had significant effect on AKP with maximum activity at 150 mg/L. Ca2+and salinity had significant effect on SOD, with maximum activity at Ca2+100 mg/L, salinity 35. The interaction of Ca2+, Mg2+, and salinity also had some impact on metabolic enzymes of L. vannamei.关键词
