Abstract
The effects of temperature (15, 20, 25, and 30℃), salinity (16, 21, 26, 31 and 36) and diet concentration (0.5×104, 1.5×104, 2.5×104, 3.5×104, and 5×104 cells/mL)on the filtration rate of calmEstellarca olivaceawere studied in laboratory. The results showed that the water temperature, salinity and diet concentration had significant effects on the filtration rate ofE. olivacea.Under the controlled conditions of ambient temperature 15~30℃ and salinity 16~36, the maximum filtration rate appeared at temperature 25℃ and salinity 26, respectively. The filtra-tion rate increased significantly with the increase of diet concentration from 0.5×104 to 3.5×104 cells/mL, but de-creased at 5×104 cells/mL, with the maximum appearing at 3.5×104 cells/mL. The relationship between filtration rate and temperature, salinity and diet concentration was expressed as following: FRT=–0.3396T2+1.8937T+0.2728 (R2=0.9857,P<0.05); FRS=–0.3424S2+1.9626S+0.7112 (R2=0.9683,P<0.05); FRC =1.7395C 0.4607, (R2=0.9062, P<0.05).关键词
