东海甲藻硅藻现场生长营养盐相关参数的计算
The calculation of nutrient-related parameters of dinoflagel-late and diatom in the East China Sea

Abstract
In this study, a method using simplified ecosystem model was developed to calculate the half-saturation constant and nutrient composition of phytoplankton via field incubation experiments. The range and suggested val-ues of half-saturation constant and nutrient composition of dinoflagellate and diatom in the East China Sea (ECS) were calculated. The values of nitrogen half-saturation constant, phosphorus half-saturation constant, and cell N: P ratio were calculated to be 2.50μmol/L, 0.16μmol/L, and 15.80 for dinoflagellate, 3.99μmol/ L, 0.38μmol/L, and 20.45 for diatom in the East China Sea. 3.35μmol/L and 0.49 were adopted as the values of silicate half-saturation constant and cell Si: N ratio for diatom.关键词
