带新型护轨的曲线轨道-列车系统振动分析
Vibration analysis of curved track with the new guard rail-train system
摘要
Abstract
In order to verify the performances of derailment prevention ,wear reduction and stability augmentation of the new guard rail in small radius curve ,an analysis model for spatial vibration of curved track with the new guard rail device-train system was established based on the analysis model for spatial vibration of train-curved track system ,considering the structural features of the new guard rail and the wheel/rail interaction .The relevant program was developed by Fortran language and ana-lyzed to examine the influence rules of system spatial vibration response of the new guard rail .T he re-liability of the present method and the program was validated by the test .The results show that the calculated new guard rail share of flange force is 38 .81% ,which is consistent with the proportion of 33 .3% to 40 .0% from the experiment .The new guard rail can improve riding quality of freight train significantly under test and parameters conditions ,and results in a 28 .62% ,37 .67% and 14 .64% re-duction of the lateral displacement of car body ,w heel set and outer rail on curves ,respectively .关键词
