互扰对涡流阵列传感器裂纹检测性能影响
Influence of interference on crack inspection ability of flexible eddy current sensor array
摘要
Abstract
Considering the interference between array units of an flexible eddy current sensor array , the finite element models of the array unit and the sensor array were built up ,and the influence of in‐terference on output and crack inspection ability of the sensor array were studied .Besides ,the root which led to the interference was also researched .The results show that the interference comes from electromagnetic field excited by exciting coil of neighboring array unit .Due to the interference ,the amplitude of sensor array′s output will decrease sharply and the phase of sensor array′s output will offset ,and also there is some influence on crack inspection ability of the sensor array .If the transim‐pedance′s amplitude of the sensor is treated as characteristic quantity ,the influence on crack inspec‐tion ability could be ignored ,and therefore the research on sensor array can be carried out by studying on array unit .关键词
