高速冲床传动系统性能退化分析与可靠性评估
Performance degradation analysis and reliability assessment for transmission system of high-speed press
摘要
Abstract
High‐speed press transmission system reliability was studied based on degradation data for their long life and high cost of reliability test .According to transmission system working characteris‐tic ,bottom dead center dynamic accuracy was selected as the key parameter of performance degrada‐tion and testing system was established .Brown motion model was presented as their life distribution model based on transmission system degradation mechanisms analysis .Model parameters were esti‐mated based on performance degradation data .Then ,the failure life and reliability could be esti‐mated .T he proposed method w as validated by using the practical test data .T he results illustrate that the proposed method can assess transmission system failure life and reliability without failure data .关键词
