深海压力传感器的结构设计及力学特性研究
Research on structural design and mechanical properties of deep-sea pressure sensors
摘要
Abstract
Based on the condensability of liquid,combination of piston pressure balancing devices and sensitive diaphragm,the structural design of a deep-sea sensor of piston was presented which could withstand high pressure and realize high-precision measurement.The sensor could withstand high pressure by using the piston pressure balancing devices.The high pressure was measured through re-lation of oil compression volume and pressure,and the small change of water pressure was measured by the sensitive diaphram.The working principle,structure characteristics of the sensor and its dy-namic analysis were described.It can be concluded that the sensitive diaphragm should use rubber dia-phragm and the external pressure of the pressure sensor is smaller.关键词
