摘要
Abstract
The production process monitoring system of the cable industry was researched.Combined with customization,varieties,high manufacturing costs,profit margins of cable industry,with the business flow as the main line and all aspects of the production process of the cable production work-shop analyzed,the application solutions of the basic data management,orders task scheduling,pro-duction process monitoring, production Kanban issued, quality following etc were introduced. Through the typical application of cable enterprise,it will reach the goal of cable production task scheduling and plant real-time monitoring,and paperless of the whole production office,which can improve the production efficiency of enterprise greatly.关键词
