摘要

Abstract

The ecological surveys of East Tiaoxi (Taihu Lake river) River were conducted in July 2013 .The relationships between the zooplankton in 12 sampling section and environmental factors were investigated .The results showed that a total of 41 species were collected and identified ,including 23 species in Rotifera ,7 species in Cladocera and 11 species in Copepoda . The dominant species were Asplanchn .Brightwelli ,Filinia .Longiseta and Polyarthra .Trigla .Abundance of Rotifers was the most abundant taxa ,while the biomass of Cladocerans and Copepods were dominant ones .The range of average zooplankton abundance was 1 .99~1964 .42 ind/L ,and the range of biomass was 0 .05~8 .15mg/L .The Shannon‐wiener index (H) was 0 .10~3 .35 ,and Pielou eveness index (J) was 0 .06~0 .86 .Based on this investigation ,it was considered that the East Tiaoxi River was in mild situation andβ‐moderate pollution level .The correlation analysis showed that the species of zooplankton was significantly correlated with the Chl‐a concentration , there was a significant relationships between the biomass of zooplankton and total phosphorus concentration ,and also positively correlated with total nitrogen concentration in summer .
