己内酰胺与八甲基环四硅氧烷共聚物的合成及性能研究
Study on the Preparation and Properties of Caprolactam and Octamethyl Cyclotetrasiloxane Copolymer
摘要
Abstract
The D4/PA6 copolymer was prepared by the copolymerization with caprolactam and octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane ,the thermodynamic and mechanical properties of which were also analyzed .TGA analysis showed that D4 could not clearly affect the thermal stability of PA 6 .DSC analysis showed that crystallization and melting temperatures of PA6 first increased and then slightly decreased with increasing content of D 4 .And the mechanical test analysis exhibited that the elongation at break of the copolymer could approach 12 .671% with the 4% content of D4 ,which implied that the toughness of the copolymer was improved .关键词
