Enhance the Amplification Efficiency and Specificity of Degenerate Primers wi th Suppression PCR
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the specificity and efficiency of degenerate primer PCR , the design of degenerate primer was improved ,adaptor sequences were added to the degenerate primer to prolong it .And a DNA fragment of a novel polyketide synthase gene was obtained by this method ,which indicates that suppression PCR can be used to enhance the amplification efficiency and specificity of the degenerate primer .关键词
