Abstract
Thermal decomposition behaviors and temperature resistance of potassium perchlorate (KP)composite propellant were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermogravimetry (TG)and temperature resistance test.The results show that the composite propellant occurs the endothermic crystal form transformation of KP ,the exothermic decomposition of binder system in the temperature range of 290 to 450℃ and the mass loss of about 30%.In the temperature range of 450 to 550℃,the KP completely melts and decomposes ,the mass loss of KP propellant is 84.5% and the exothermic quantity is 2 633 J/g.The change in performances of KP composite propellant at constant 180℃ for 48 h is very small,it can be applied in fracturing charge for deep oil/gas well.关键词
