摘要
Abstract
The paper firstly introduced the United States navy's military information innovation ,the prior advantage of Japan's information technology industry ,and the adjustment to the new Joint Operations ,in the hope of analyzing the reason of Japan's mili‐tary information transformation .Then the paper discussed the characteristics of Japan's military information transformation into four aspects ,which were the strategic opportunity ,the weapon system ,the managerial structure and the command and control system . And then the paper pointed out the militarism of Japan's military transformation and its disadvantage of following American's military innovation steps .Finally ,the paper got some enlightenment from Japan's military transformation .关键词
