Determination of An indicant to Evaluate Ship Safety Management
摘要
Abstract
Ship safety management is a complex system that involves many factors .In order to analyze and estimate ship safety management ,it is possible to present the general index system based on the theory of man‐machine‐environment‐management .Further ,fuzzy clustering is proposed as a tool for simplifying the index system ,and a brief and reasonable in‐dex system is obtained as a result .These provide remarkably meaningful theory for studying ship safety management .关键词
