摘要
Abstract
Dry eye is one of the common chronic disease of ocular surface characterized by the stability of tear film decrease and ocular surface lesion .The change of tear film and the inflammatory reaction which based on immune and the neural regulation abnormality are the important factors in the occurrence , development of dry eye .Alterations in gene structure has become a new research direction , also computer image processing techniques and detection tech-niques of molecular biology gradually have been applying in research and diagnosis of dry eye .关键词
