Abstract
As the state begins to orderly develop island, it becomes a new topic for how to ensure safe, stable and economic operation of the independent island power supply system with high penetration distributed resources. The paper proposes the tri-state control scheme based on local control layer, centralized control layer and optimized scheduling layer, to solve the independent island grid transient, dynamic and steady-state stability problem. The control programs include area current differential centralized protection for transient control, dynamic stability frequency control system based on wide area measurement data, as well as the steady energy management system based on economic optimization dispatch. Finally, it verifies the validity of the transient protection and dynamic stability control system by simulation of the actual island power supply system.关键词
