Abstract
General call (GC) is a complex issue of SCADA system, and incomplete design scheme directly affects the reliability of information transmission in the process layer of SCADA. The paper points out the definition of GC, and discusses the GC layers of controlled station, and analyzes the problems of GC in engineering projection. So, a novel GC strategy is proposed. Some key technologies, such as the choice for GC opportunity, service triggering, repeat request mechanism, GC process, session management and dispatch, are discussed in detail. The analysis results show that the strategy proposed by this paper has high efficiency, high reliability and real-time.关键词
