一种交错并联高升压BOOST变换器
A new interleaved high step-up BOOST converter

Abstract
BOOST converter is an essential part in the renewable grid-connected power system. This paper presents an interleaved boost converter with advantages of high conversion ratio, low voltage¤t stress, high efficiency and small size. Based on the three-terminal switch-inductor network of the basic BOOST converter, three high step-up three-terminal switch-inductor networks are deduced by adding a series voltage source in the three branches respectively. An optimized high step-up three-terminal switch-inductor network is determined by contrastive analysis and the high step-up BOOST converter based on topology combination is proposed. The operation principle and property of the converter are analyzed in detail and the experimental results are given. When duty ratio D>0.5, the converter has these characteristics as follows. Firstly, the voltage gain is double of the basic BOOST converter. Secondly, the two BOOST cell of the converter can realize current sharing automatically, which is unlike the interleaved BOOST converter, therefore, the control circuit is simple. Finally, the voltage stress of the active switch is half of the output voltage, namely, it is half of the voltage stress of the basic BOOST converter.关键词
