一种可靠的光伏组件主参数估算方法
The reliable method for evaluating the main parameters of PV module
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of PV system simulation model, a new method for evaluating the main parameters values of PV module is proposed. According to the irradiances and temperature in real condition of operation and the principle of PV cell, this method evaluates the main parameters values of PV module. In order to validate the method, this work evaluates the main parameters values of a QSM125—160X PV module, and carries out the simulation in Matlab/Simulink environment using the evaluated values. The comparison between the model output and experimental measurement shows that the simulation is consistent with the measured I–V characteristics, the deviation is almost negligible at short circuit current and at the maximum power point current, errors are 1.28%and 1.17%at open circuit voltage and at the maximum power point voltage, respectively.关键词
