超窄带宽可调光滤波器的研究
Research of tunable optical filters with ultra-narrow bandwidth
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the bandwidth of tunable optical filters , a continuous tunable optical filter with ultra-narrow bandwidth wavelength was designed by using double gratings and mirror of micro -electromechanical system.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification , filter bandwidth less than 0.4nm was obtained.The results show that an optical filter with double gratings has high stability and excellent repeatability .This scheme can reduce the filter bandwidth, which meets the bandwidth demand .关键词
