基于激光共聚焦扫描显微术和16S rRNA 基因序列探讨一株水华蓝藻的分类地位
A Study on the Taxonomic Status of a Bloom-Forming Cyanobacteria Based on LSCM and 1 6S rRNA Gene

Abstract
A tiny filamentous cyanobacteria,which endogloeic in mucilage of Microcystis,was isolated from a water supply reservoir of Fuzhou.To identify its class and taxonomy,we combined morphological and 1 6S rRNA sequence a-nalysis approaches.Furthermore,autofluorescence by LSCMand absorption spectra analysis were used to explore its pig-ment composition.The result showed that this filamentous cyanobacteria is Pseudanabaena mucicola(Genbank accession number is KR91 21 97),the strain not only contained phycocyanin,it also contained phycoerythrin.This result provided favorable evidence for the classification of the taxonomic position of the algae.关键词
