Abstract
A dwarf mutant with dark color leaves was isolated by enthyl-methane sulfonate (EMS)mutagenesis in the ag-10 background.The dwarf mutant,which is called ah45,has many phenotypes such as delayed blossom time,round and small leaves,short siliques,less seeds and long growth period.Genetic analysis indicates the phenotype of ah45 is controlled by a recessive gene mutation,and the mutation loci was mapped to a region of 61 kb between the BAC F5E1 3 (1 )and F6E1 3(2)on chromosome 2 using map-based cloning technique.关键词
