摘要

Abstract

The circadian clock of plants can be trained by light/dark and cold /hot circles,and make it synchronized-with the environment.The circadian clock of plants is composed of input pathway,oscillator central and output pathway. The present study of circadian clock has revealed the basic composition of circadian clock,butthe operation mechanism and network of circadian clock need further research.CONSTANS LIKE 7(COL7)is one of the CONSTANS(CO)family genes.We used the real-time PCR,leaf movement to analyze the circadian clock of wild type (WT),col7 mutant and COL7 overexpression lines (COL7-OX-1 0 and COL7-OX-1 1 ).The results showed that COL7 is regulated by circadian clock and also involved in regulating circadian clock.
