摘要

Abstract

The volatile oil from the peel of Phoebe bournei was extracted by steam distillation method, its chemical constituents were identified by means of GC-MS, and the relative amounts of those constituents were determined by peak area normalization method. The result showed that 55 among 87 constituents were identified and quantified for 74.42%of the total volatile oil. The main constituents areα-Phellandrene (9.18%), Cadinene (6.41%), α-Carophyllene (6.23%), (-)-4-Terpineol (4.47%), Germacrene (3.45%), Isoborneol (3.34%), (-)-Spathulenol (3.28%), (-)-α-Selinene (3.24%), l-Caryophyllene (3.10%), Camphor (2.76%), (-)-Copaene (2.63%), Bornyl acetate (2.61%), 2-β-menthadiene (1.90%), β-Elemene (1.32%), Viridiflorol (1.25%), 1(5)-guaienyl-11-ol (1.27%).
