嵌入式C/S架构服务器在电加热炉远程温度监控中的应用
EMBEDDED C/S STRUCTURE SERVER APPLICATION IN ELECTRIC FURNACE
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the most of electric furnace must be operated on-site, we proposed an electric furnace model can be remote monitored. We add embedded controller to electric furnace, transplanted embedded system UC/OS-II and ethernet protocol stack Lwip to establish the server’s network. Furthermore, we adopt fuzzy control algorithm to design a temperature controller. Finally we realize the electric furnace that can be remote monitored and control. The experiments show that the system runs normally, control algorithm is reasonable, system reach the desired effect.关键词
