摘要
Abstract
Objective: To systematically evaluate the relativity between oral Helicobacter pylori infection and periodontal disease because of present inconsistence. Methods:Case-control studies on relativity between oral H. pylori infection and Periodontal disease were collected by searching MEDLINE, Pubmed, Higheire, CNKI ranging from 1992 to 2011. The quality of included case studies was evaluated independently by two reviewers. RevMan 4.2 software was used to analyze and estimate its OR value and 95%CI. Results:9 studies including 1698 patients with chronic periodontitis and 2226 patients with periodontal health were identified, research type is randomized controlled trials or non-randomized controlled trials, chronic periodontitis and periodontal health were set as case-control studies, the results showed that the combined statistics difference of chronic periodontitis group of H. pylori infection has statistic significance, statistical results indicate that the OR value is [ORcombined=1.66 (95% CI 1.43, 1.91) in the studies with periodontal healthy subjects as control. Conclusion:Based on the system evaluation research results, it could be concluded that oral H. pylori infection is a risk factor for chronic periodontitis.关键词
