A NEW METHOD FOR FAST DETERMINATION OF TOTAL SOLUBLE SUGAR CONTENT IN PLANT TISSUE:TBA-METHOD
摘要
Abstract
Because soluble sugar play an important role in life of plants, so soluble sugar content was measured frequently in plant physiology research. A novel method (TBA method) for determining soluble sugar content was described in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of this method was demonstrated by comparing with the most common anthrone-method, which could provide reference for correlational research.关键词
