乌梅丸熏洗联合肛周皮下游离术对肛门瘙痒症患者PAR-2靶点的研究
INTERVENTION EFFECT OF FUMIGATION AND WASHING WITH WUMEI PILL COMBINED WITH FREE PERIANAL SUBCUTANEOUS OPERATION ON EXPRESSIONS OF PROTEASE-ACTIVATED RECEPTOR-2 IN PERIANAL PRURITUS PATIENTS

Abstract
Objective:To investigate intervention effect of fumigation and washing with Wumei pill combined with free perianal subcutaneous operation on the expression of protease-activated receptor-2 (PAR-2). And the efficacy of this treatment was evaluated objectively.Methods:50 postoperative patients with perianal pruritus were selected from January 2013 to October 2014 and divided randomly into 3 groups as the experimental group (n= 20), the control group (n= 20) and the blank group (n= 10). The expression of PAR-2 was detected with RT-PCR in all patients’ lesion skin collected on day 1, 3 and 7 after operation. All acquired data were analyzed by statistical software.Results:The expression of PAR-2 in experimental group was much lower than that in the control group and the blank group on day 1, 3 and 7 after operation with significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Wumei pill combined with free perianal subcutaneous operation had a good efficacy in treating perianal pruritus.关键词
