摘要

Abstract

Based on the co‐precipitation method , the CuFeCo based pre‐alloyed powder was manufactured . X‐ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscope were adopted to analyze the matrices′ phase composition and microstructure . Three point bending strength , weight loss , hardness and relative density of samples sintered at different temperatures were analyzed . Results showed that the metallic compound of Co3 Fe7 , CoFe15 .7 , FeCu4 had formed in the powder and that it could reduce the sinter temperature because of its loosen surface and more specific area . At a sintering temperature of 750 ℃ ,the bending strength of CuFeCo fetal body was 1230 MPa , the hardness of CuFeCo fetal body was 92 .5 HRB and the relative density was 98% .Compared with the traditional formula of bead matrix ,the new formula with CuFeCo powder inside had longer life and higher efficiency .
