Abstract
Our country's housing commercialization having thirty years of time, the real estate industry is gradually from the stable development to the overheated development stage. Therefore, the country introduced a large number of land policy in the macro-control of the real estate market. From three angles of the supply of land, that is, policy land supply, land supply and land supply structure of its relationship with the land price, which influence mechanism of deepening the study of land policy in the macro-control of real estate prices generated.关键词
