Abstract
The 2008 financial crisis,which lopsided but the global economy is not showing signs of recovery,followed by the U.S. and Europe debt crisis has increased the international economic situation. In this context,China is seeing the influx of foreign capital withdrawal is not only showing a trend of improvement,but even more turbulence. Must recognize abnormal withdrawal of China's foreign economy,while not fatal injuries,but the pain is continuous,China should pay due attention. According to the actual situation in our country, we ensure the abnormal withdrawal of foreign investment law; the prosecution is feasible, reduced foreign non probability normal evacuation.关键词
