Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect, advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound guide percutaneous punc-ture catheterization drainage combined with lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of simple liver cysts. Methods 70 patients with simple liver cysts admitted into our hospital from January 2011 to April 2014 were selected.Among,17 cases were carried out ultrasound guide percutaneous puncture catheterization drainage combined with sclerotherapy as treatment group,36 cases were carried out open fenestration as open window group,17 cases were carried out laparo-scopic fenestration as laparoscopic group.the clinical effects, adverse reactions and relapses in three groups were ob-served. Results After treament, the symptoms in three groups were effectively relieved, and the total effective rate was 100%.The operation time, drainage tube placement time, hospital stays and blood loss during operation in treatment group and laparoscopic group were better than those of open window group. The difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).In treatment group,1 case (5.9%) was relapsed. In open window group,3 cases (8.3%) were relapsed. In laparo-scopic group,2 cases (11.8%) were relapsed. There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound guide percutaneous puncture catheterization drainage combined with lauro-macrogol injection sclerotherapy, laparoscopic fenestration and open fenestration have equivalent effect. But the advanced ultrasound guide percutaneous puncture catheterization drainage combined with lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy has advantages in less injury, less bleeding and faster recovery. It is more suitable for patients with simple liver cysts,el-derly and unable to tolerate surgery.关键词
