Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment in treating single local recurrence or distant metastasis lesions of breast cancer. Methods 78 breast cancer patients with single local recurrence or distant metastasis lesions from February 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Depending on whether to take surgery treatment or not,patients were divided into treatment group(n=28) and control group(n=50).The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.The tumor control rate and 1 or 2 years survival rate were compared to ex-plore the clinical effect of surgical treatment and conservative treatment in treating single local recurrence or distant metastasis lesions of breast cancer. Results The control rate in treatment group was 96.43%,significantly higher than that of 80.00%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).1 year survival rate was 92.86%in treatment group,higher than that of 80.00% in control group,and the difference had no statistically significant (P>0.05).2 years survival rate was 82.14% in treatment group,significantly higher than that of 56.00% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For a breast cancer patients with single local recurrence or distant metastasis lesions,comprehensive treatment program including surgery can increase the tumor control rate and survival rate for patients.It is worth popularizing in clinical for its significant clinical effect.关键词
