Influence of specific immunotherapy on house dust mite specific IgG4 and pulmonary function of asthmatic children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of specific immunotherapy on house dust mite specific IgG4 and pul-monary function of asthmatic children. Methods 68 children with asthma from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,34 cases in each group.The ex-perimental group was given specific immunotherapy,the control group was given inhaled corticosteroids.Then house dust mite specific IgG4 and pulmonary function in two groups was compared. Results The level of FEV1,PEF in the experi-mental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of IgG4 after treat-ment in the experimental group was higher than the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Specific immunotherapy has significant impact on house dust mite specific IgG4 and pulmonary function of asthmatic children,and clinical should cause enough attention.关键词
