摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of children with chronic nasal-sinusitis of adenoidectomy treat-ment,and to explore its clinical applicability. Methods 112 cases of chronic rhino-sinusitis children from September 2006 to September 2014 in our hospital were treated as clinical data,they were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group were treated with a simple drug treatment,the study group were treated with adenoidec-tomy treatment.The VAS scores,the clinical efficacy,the total time of hospitalization,crying time during hospitalization and the clinical parameters between two groups during hospitalization was observed and compared respectively. Results After treatment,children’s headache,stuffy nose and other VAS scores of study group was significantly lower than the control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05),the hyposmia VAS score between two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical difference (P>0.05);The total efficiency,the clinical parameters of study group was better than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Children of chronic nasal-sinusi-tis with denoidectomy treatment has significant effect and recurrence rate.It is safe and reliable for long-term clinical application.关键词
