Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of periodontal turned flap surgery combined with minocycline hy-drochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods 156 patients with chronic periodontitis in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected according to the digital table method.They were divided into con-trol group and observation group,78 cases in each group.Periodontal turned flap surgery treatment was applied to control group.Periodontal turned flap surgery combined with minocycline hydrochloride were applied to observation group.Pa-tients between two groups were treated for 3 months.After theraphy,three indicators of bleeding index,attachment loss, probing depth and the total effective rate were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the indicators be-tween two groups was improved respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The improvement of observation group was better than that of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 91.02%,higher than 74.36% of control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Periodontal turned flap surgery combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis can promote periodontal cell growth,improve the stability of the teeth,which is worthy of expanded application in clinic.关键词
