Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with gonisynechialysis in the treat-ment of acute primary angle-closure glaucoma (APACG) with cataract. Methods Clinical data of 48 APACG with cataract patients from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with phacoemulsification combined with gonisynechialysis.The clinical effect and complications postoperation of all pa-tients were observed. Results The vision of 48 APACG with cataract patients improved after phacoemulsification com-bined with gonisynechialysis compared with preoperation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of 48 patients decreased differing in degree postoperation,and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).The central anterior chamber depth of all patients was much better than that of preoperation respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with gonisynechialy-sis is significantly effective in treating APACG with cataract.It can improve patients’clinical symptoms, has lower inci-dence of complications and high security.It is worth popularizing in clinical.关键词
