达英-35在预防人工流产术后并发症中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To research the clinical effect of Diane-35 in the application of induced abortion. Methods 148 pa-tients with induced abortion in our hospital from October 2013 to January 2014 were chosened and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,74 cases in each group. The control group was taken o-rally Cefdinir and Xinshenghua Granule after induced abortion.The treatment group was added with Diane-35.The vaginal bleeding time and amount,the starting time of normal menstruation and complications in two groups was ob-served. Results The vaginal bleeding time and amount,and the starting time of normal menstruation in treatment group were Better than those of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The rates of intrauterine adhesion,in-fection and repeated abortion in treatment group were less than those of the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking Diane-35 after induced abortion can reduce the bleeding amount and shorten the bleed-ing time.This is good for normal menstruation and can reduce the rate of infection and repeated abortion.Diane-35 is worthy of application after induced abortion.关键词
