Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of budesonide aerosol inhalation treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children on serum IgE,IL-3 and IL-4 level. Methods 120 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,based on which the control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation.The treatment effect between two groups and the influence on serum IgE,IL-3 and IL-4 level was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.33%,and that of control group was 83.33%,with statistical difference (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IgE,IL-3 and IL-4 level of the obser-vation group was lower than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Budes-onide aerosol inhalation treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children can reduce serum IgE,IL-3 and IL-4 level,and im-prove the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
