加用格列美脲治疗单用预混胰岛素治疗血糖控制不佳肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床观察
Clinical observation of glimepiride added to single treated type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control by pre mixed insulin therapy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of glimepiride added to single treated type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control by pre mixed insulin therapy. Methods Sixty ineffective controlled obese type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were single treated by pre mixed insulin more than 3 months were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(group A)received aspart 30 combined with glimepiride and con-trol group(group B)continue to adjust the dose of insulin.After treated for 3 months,blood glucose level,body mess index (BMI),insulin dose and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial two hours blood glucose and HbA1c between two groups was obviously decreased respectively compared with their pre-treatment (P<0.05).Group A decreased more significantly (P<0.05).There was significant difference in BMI and insulin dose before and after treatment in group A(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia was 6.7%.On the contrary,there were significant increase in BMI and insulin dose after treated in group B (P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia was 16.7%. Conclusion For ineffective controlled obese type 2 diabetes patients were single treated by pre mixed insulin, plus glimepiride can effectively reduce blood glucose with lower incidence of hypoglycemia and the dose of insulin, maximum effect on BMI.关键词
