Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simvastatin in treating patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetic. Methods 56 patients with hypertension combined type 2 diabetic from April 2013 to June 2014 were selected as objects of this study.All patients were divided into two groups by random number table,with 28 cases in each group.All patients were given routine therapy,and the patients in treatment group were given further treatment of simvastatin.Blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid had no significant difference between two groups before treatment,with no statistical differenc (P>0.05),while these index were better in treatment group than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin has good effect for patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetic,and has im-provement for patients’blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid.关键词
