Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of refractory hy-pertension. Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with refractory hypertension treated in our hospital from Febru-ary 2014 to February 2015 were reviewed and divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group,according to the dif-ferent treatments given.Patients in control group were treated with benazepril,whereas those in study group were given benazepril combined with amlodipine for treatment.The changes in blood pressure,clinical efficacy and adverse reac-tions before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The blood pressure levels after the treat-ment decreased more significantly in study group than control group,and the total efficiency in study group was 92.19%, higher than that in control group,which was 57.81%,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in study group was 9.38%,slightly higher than that of control group,which was 4.69%,yet without signifi-cant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Benazepril combined with amlodipine is very effective in the treatment of refracto-ry hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,yet with security,thus it is worth clinical application.关键词
