摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore applicable value of detecting homosteine (Hcy),fibriogen(Fib),D-dimer (DD) in patients with acute cerebral infraction (ACI). Methods From Septpmber 2012 to December 2013,56 patients with ACI (ACI group) were selected as research objects,45 cases given health examination were selected as control group.Hcy,Fib and DD were detected in two groups to conduct statistical analysis. Results The level of Hcy,Fib and DD in ACI group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively (P<0.05),Fib and DD were positive correlation to Hcy (r=0.515,0.623,P<0.05). Conclusion There were certain applicable value to detect Hcy,Fib and D-D for the diagnose and treatment of ACI.关键词
