Abstract
Doctor-patient relationship is a very sensitive current social relation,doctor-patient communication is an important part of the doctor-patient relationship,and it runs through the whole process of medical activities,but today’s imperfect of communication system between doctors and patients leads to the current situation of the relationship be-tween doctors and patients is very serious,and good doctor-patient communication skills can avoid or greatly reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,so the hospitals and patients must work together to construct the harmonious doctor-pa-tient relationship with active and effective communication as a means,the rational treatment of thedoctor-patient contra-diction.关键词
