摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of small group teaching mode in operating room nursing teach-ing. Methods In September 2014,220 nursing students in our hospital were selected as study subjects and evenly divid-ed into experiment group and the control group in random,with 110 cases in each group.The control group was guided using traditional teaching method,the experiment group was guided using small group teaching method.The performance after internship in two groups was compared. Results The theory test performance and operation test performance in ex-periment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The teaching mode satisfaction and exami-nation excellent rate in experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of small group teaching mode in the guidance of nursing students can effectively improve the nursing student’s performance and the teaching quality level,it is worth popularization and application.
