Abstract
Objective To study the influence of intensive nursing intervention on sleep disorders in patients with Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods 120 cases of AD in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group in random,each group had 60 cases.The control group was treat-ed with conventional routine care.The experimental group was added intensive nursing intervention.The score of Pitts-burgh sleep quality index(PSQI) before and after intervention,Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS) score after intervention in two groups was compared. Results After intervention,sleep time,sleep quality,sleeping time,sleep efficiency,sleep disor-ders,daytime dysfunction and PSQI total score in experimental group were significantly lower than those of before inter-vention and after intervention of the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of ESS in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can significantly ameliorate sleep disorders in patients with AD,improve sleep quality,which is suitable for clinical application.关键词
