Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of order method combined with retrograde method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in treatment of acute calculus cholecystitis. Methods 94 patients with acute calculus cholecystitis in our hospital surgical emergency from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by the envelope method,and each group was 47 cases.The control group ws treated with tradi-tional open surgery,and observation group was given order method combination with retrograde method of LC.Clinical treatment situation and effect was analyzed and compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate in observa-tion group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than 85.11%of control group (P<0.05).The length of the incision, operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,extubation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the score of VAS was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The complication incidence rate in observation group was 0%,which was lower than 12.77% of control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction in observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than 85.11% of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect is obvious by using order method combined with retrograde method of LC in treatment of acute calculus cholecystitis.It has small trauma,less bleeding,faster recovery,the advan-tages of less complications,and can effectively enhance the clinical therapy effect,improve the relationship between doc-tors and patients.It is a clinical therapy method with scientific,effective,ideal and safety.关键词
