高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者失眠程度及生活质量的影响
Influence of high flux hemodialysis on sleeplessness degree and life quality of uremic patient

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of high flux hemodialysis (Hf-HD) on sleeplessness degree and life quality of uremic patient. Methods 120 uremic patients conducted hemodialysis from August 2012 to November 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Hf-HD group (n=61) and the low flux hemodialysis (Lf-HD) group (n=59).After treatment for 12 weeks,the change of sleeplessness degree and life quality were compared before and after treatment in two groups by analysis of the index change of insomnia severity index (ISI) and kidney disease quali-ty of life sorth form (KDQOL-SFTM). Results The total score of ISI in the Hf-HD group was lower than that in the Lf-HD group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of nephropathy symptoms,cognitive function,sleeping and patient sat-isfaction in the Hf-HD group was higher than that in the Lf-HD group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of body pain in the Hf-HD group was higher than that in the Lf-HD group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The score of physiological enginery,physiological function and mental health in the Hf-HD group was higher than that in the Lf-HD group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Hf-HD by removal large molecule uremic toxin can effective im-prove the sleeping quality and related life quality of hemodialysis patients.关键词
