Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate in the treatment of tibial fracture nonunion. Methods 56 patients with tibial fracture nonunion admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the interlocking intramedullary nail group (30 cases) and the locking compression plate group (26 cases). Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results The operative time in interlocking intramedullary nail group was shorter than that of locking compression plate group (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in fracture healing time and treatment effective rate between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Both interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate are effective treatment methods for tibial fracture nonunion.关键词
