Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of carboprost trometamole injection combined with Foleys catheter for uterine packing in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods From March 2013 to March 2015,90 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia admitted into our obstetric department of our hospital were selected as research objects.By random number table,they were evenly divided into research group and control group in random.In the research group,carboprost trometamole injection combined with Foleys catheter for uterine packing was applied,while in the control group,conventional hemostasis was used.The intraoperative and postpartum amount of bleeding,changes of hemoglobin,stanching bleeding time,hospital stay,and effective rate of treatment were comprehensively compared between two groups. Results In the research group,the amount of bleeding during surgery, 2 h and 24 h after delivery was less than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).There was no obvious decrease in hemoglobin before and after delivery,but the change of hemoglobin in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).The time of stanching bleeding and hospital stay in research group was(8.6±1.3) min and(22.6±1.3)d re-spectively,shorter than that of control group (22.5±3.2) min and (7.8±1.7) d respectively (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in research group was 93.3%,much higher than that in control group accounting for 75.6%(P<0.05). Conclu-sion Carboprost trometamole injection combined with Foleys catheter for uterine packing can obtain a definite effect on treating postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia,which effectively reduce patient’s postoperative amount of bleed-ing,shorten hospital stay,and improve effective rate of treatment.关键词
